Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Deep Cleaning Specialist to join our team in Lakeland, FL, 33815. This position focuses on intensive, thorough cleaning services that go beyond standard cleaning, ensuring every area of our clients’ properties is spotless, sanitized, and refreshed.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean hard-to-reach and neglected areas such as baseboards, behind appliances, vents, and high surfaces
• Perform specialty cleaning tasks including carpet and upholstery care, grout cleaning, and stain removal
• Use appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment safely and effectively
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients about project progress and special requests
• Maintain cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order

Requirements

• Previous experience in deep cleaning (residential or commercial) preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety standards
• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Hillsborough County
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with carpet extraction, floor stripping, and waxing
• Training or certification in sanitation or specialty cleaning (a plus)
