Clean-up Equipment Operator III

About the role

Under the direction of the Field Supervisor, operates a variety of light to heavy vehicles and equipment used in the cleanup of City neighborhoods, streets, islands, alleys and sweeping/washing City streets. This position is required to operate equipment in other areas, as well as assist on an as-needed basis in garbage collection operations. Incumbent will be a lead crew member. Incumbents in this position will be required to obtain and maintain a Class A CDL Driver license. Incumbents in this position may work non-traditional hours, varying work schedules and are expected to be on call for specified times during the snow removal season.
