Clean Room Technician I - 2nd & 3rd Shift
About the role
As a Clean Room/Production Technician, you will assemble and test industrial drop-on-demand printheads and peripherals in support of the printing industry.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and test printheads and peripherals
- Collaborate with a team focused on innovation and excellence
- Earn certification in advanced manufacturing processes
- Participate in an annual incentive bonus program
- Earn a retention bonus within the first 12 months of working on a qualifying shift
- Earn a referral bonus for referring friends and family to work on qualifying shifts
Requirements
Commensurate with experience starting base pay of $20.00 per hour. Competitive compensation and off-shift differentials. Annual bonus of 6% of total compensation less any other bonuses paid, based on the achievement of company goals. Retention bonus of up to 10% of gross wages within the first 12 months for working on a qualifying shift (2nd or 3rd). Referral bonus of up to $1000 after 3 months PLUS an additional 10% bonus within their first 12 months of working on a qualifying shift.
Qualifications
Learn aspects of the assembly process and earn certification in one or more of our advanced manufacturing processes in the clean room and/or production areas. We'll teach you skills such as using microscopes, assembly, testing and/or inspection of our printheads. We will train you to advance through the required certifications for Technician Levels I-IV.

Pay
$20.00 Starting Base Pay commensurate with experience. Competitive compensation and off shift differentials - 10% for 2nd, 20% for 3rd
