About the role

The position commences on 28 January 2027. Graduate and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply. The role includes classroom teaching responsibilities and offers opportunities for professional development and personal goal setting.

Requirements

• Names of 2 referees
• VIT registration (or in the process of obtaining)
• Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school (or in the process, or willingness to obtain within five years)
• Strong commitment to Catholic education
• Strong ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents and colleagues
• Understanding of explicit teaching and the effective use of data in planning in Mathematics and Literacy
• Ability to work in partnership with parents to support the wellbeing and learning of students with needs
• Capacity to cater effectively for a diverse range of learning needs
• Familiarity with and compliance to the school's child‑safe code of conduct and related policies and procedures
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within staff teams
