If you are Intern eligible or not yet credentialed, attach a letter on official program letterhead detailing your credential status and type, English authorization, expected completion date, and any outstanding requirements.

To obtain a copy of your credential, visit the Commission on Teacher Credentialing website. Click on “Search for an Educator,” use the secured search option by entering your Social Security number and birthdate, select the appropriate document number, and save it as a PDF. The credential copy must show Subject Description, expiration date, and EL Authorization.
