Responsibilities

• Develop and implement instruction to students with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and co-occurring disorders (including behavioral health disorders) using the principles of trauma informed care and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in small group, intensive instruction, and co-creating functional learning activities in the natural environment.
• Monitor and report on progress students make toward identified educational goals in grades pre‑k through 12th grade (depending upon caseload placement).
• Guide support staff in assisting with educational instruction activities and implementation of designated intensive teaching sessions.
• Lead designated skill set/project meetings in collaboration with supervisors.
• Attend regular meetings with the clinical team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• Current & Valid Registered Behavior Technician certification (Required).
• Intervention Specialist License issued by the Ohio Department of Education (Preferred).

Schedule

Full‑time, exempt position. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (option to expand hours as the clinic grows).
