What You'll Do:

- Assist teachers in implementing classroom activities and daily routines - Help supervise and engage children in a safe, nurturing environment - Support children's learning, social-emotional growth, and daily needs - Create a clean and welcoming classroom environment - Assist with meal times and hygiene routines - Communicate positively with parents and classroom staff - Follow all safety, confidentiality, and licensing standards

Who You Are:

- Patient, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers - Able to follow guidance from teachers and administrators - A team player who is flexible and eager to help where needed - Comfortable maintaining a physically active role (e.g., lifting up to 40 lbs., sitting on the floor with children, assisting with diapering and toileting)

Qualifications:

- Experience working with young children or low-income families preferred - Early childhood certification is a plus - Must have a valid Missouri driver's license and reliable daily transportation

Schedule:

Temporary, flexible scheduling. May include part-time or full-time hours based on center needs. Typically, Tuesday through Friday during center hours.
