Classified Substitute

AUSD is seeking substitutes for the following classifications: Clerical Custodian, Health Care Assistant – LVN, Instructional Assistant, Instructional Assistant Bilingual, Nutrition Services, Paraeducator, Site Safety Assistant, and Student Monitor.

Selection Process

The process begins with an application screening to evaluate completeness and qualifications. To be considered, applicants must submit a complete online application including their employment history and two professional references. A resume is optional but will not substitute for required application fields.

• Incomplete applications or those with blank fields or "See Resume" will not be considered.
• Some substitute classifications may require additional documentation, certifications, or completion of an assessment.
• Reasonable accommodation requests should be submitted with the application.
• If selected to move forward, applicants will be contacted by the human resources office for further steps.
