About the role
Willis Knighton is seeking a Class Instructor to teach classes, including Water Aerobics and Group Exercise Classes.
Responsibilities
- Design exercise routines and workouts to suit all ages and abilities
- Choose appropriate music at the correct BPM of classes
- Demonstrate appropriate verbal or visual cues when needed
- Use correct form during classes
- Access members and determine their individual needs for classes
- Attend a hospital-wide Orientation upon hire
Requirements
- Certified Group Exercise Instructor or certificate from a nationally recognized aerobic organization such as Fitour, AFAA, NASM, or SCW
- Current CPR Certification
- Stay up to date with Exercise and CPR Certifications
