About the Role
Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Commercial Litigation Practice in the Cincinnati, OH office.
Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy.
- Represent institutional SFR/BTR companies in defense litigation areas such as fair housing, criminal investigations by state Attorney General offices, employment, and national operational compliance.
- Focus on complex commercial matters and class actions.
Requirements
- At least two (2) to fifteen (15) years of experience handling commercial litigation and large class actions.
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of litigation, with a focus on complex commercial matters and class actions.
- Superior writing skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Admission to the Ohio Bar is required.
- Admission to the Alabama Bar is a plus.
