About the role
We are seeking a Class A Truck Driver to join our Operations - Vehicle Operations team in Dallas, Texas. This position is full-time and on-site.
Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods according to established routes and schedules.
- Load and unload cargo from trucks using proper lifting techniques.
- Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained in good working order.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding transportation needs and status updates.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
- At least 2 years of relevant driving experience.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations.
Qualifications
- Experience operating large commercial vehicles.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Passing drug and alcohol testing.
