Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers for Western regional routes. New CDL graduates are encouraged to apply.

Structured OTR trainer program
Predictable lanes

Day or night shifts; bi-weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour reset
Average ~2,300 miles per week
Company-maintained 53' dry vans; majority drop-and-hook operations
One-day paid orientation
Ride with a trainer until qualified (typically 4–6 weeks) for drivers with under 6 months’ experience

Minimum age 21 and valid Class A CDL
Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of formal training
Clean driving record: no major accidents, major tickets, or license suspensions in the past 5 years; no DUI convictions in the past 5 years
Not terminated from the most recent job for safety-related reasons
Documented work history covering the past 10 years with limited gaps: at least six months of employment within the last year and at least one year within the last three years
Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screening and required background and criminal history checks

Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off
Monthly performance/safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile (eligibility criteria apply)

$1,000–$1,200 per week (varies by miles and experience)
Trainee pay: $680 per week (approx. 4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months’ experience)
Per-mile pay after training: $0.43–$0.57 (sliding scale by experience)
Experienced drivers: $0.50–$0.71 per mile (varies by years of experience)
