Class A Regional Truck Driver - New CDL Graduates Welcome

Entry-level and experienced Class A CDL drivers for our 14 Western regional lane. Recent graduates welcome; paid OTR training with an experienced trainer precedes solo operation. Focus on safe, reliable delivery of primarily no-touch dry van freight with regular drop-and-hook operations.

Pay

• Weekly pay: $1,000–$1,200
• After training: $0.43–$0.57 per mile (sliding scale)
• Experienced drivers: $0.50–$0.71 per mile (based on years of experience)
• Training pay: $850 per week for 4–6 weeks
• Monthly safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A CDL equipment on the 14 Western regional lane (all states west of the Mississippi)
• Deliver primarily no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook operations
• Occasional live load/unload assignments
• Average ~2,300 miles per week
• Day or night driving as assigned

Schedule

• Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset
• One paid orientation day at the nearest terminal

Requirements

• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours (new graduates welcome)
• Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in the past 5 years
• No DUI in the last 5 years
• No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety-related reasons
• 10-year employment history with no major gaps; at least 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years
• Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
• Certain criminal convictions may be disqualifying; all offenses are reviewed by safety
