About the role

Immediate openings for dependable CDL Class A or B Delivery Truck Drivers to operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck safely and efficiently. Drivers will manually unload and deliver various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned high-volume route. Responsibilities include offloading and transferring products using pallet jacks and hand trucks, building customer relationships, and meeting customer needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Safely drive route delivery vehicles on an assigned schedule
  • Manually unload and deliver dairy products to customer locations
  • Offload and transfer products using pallet jacks and hand trucks
  • Build relationships with customers using a positive, friendly attitude
  • Accurately rotate product and assess/resolve issues (e.g., loading, replacing leakers)
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Understand and carry out instructions
  • Maintain excellent attendance
  • Work well with peers and supervisors
  • Adhere to company policies, standards, and safety procedures
  • Conform to route hours and ensure all customers are properly served

Requirements

  • Valid Montana CDL Driver’s License (Class A or B)
  • Minimum 6 months driving and delivery experience preferred
  • Must routinely lift up to 70 pounds

Pay

$32.04 per hour to start.

Schedule

  • Monday: Start at 4:00 am
  • Tuesday: Start at 4:00 am
  • Wednesday: OFF
  • Thursday: Start at 4:00 am
  • Friday: Start at 4:00 am
  • Saturday: OFF
  • Sunday: OFF
