Class A Medical Waste/Sharps Driver (6638)

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL Driver to support regional shuttle and delivery routes throughout Colorado and surrounding states. Regular routes may include North Platte, NE, Billings, MT, Grand Junction, CO, and other locations as business needs require.

About the role

This position offers consistent full-time work; however, routes vary based on operational needs and may require overnight and multi-day trips. This position is offering a $3k sign-on bonus for new hires. $1k paid after 30 days of employment and $2k paid after 90 days of employment!

Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
• Operate company vehicles up to 53ft tractor trailers
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections
• Travel on varied regional routes, including occasional overnight and multi-day trips, based on customer and operational needs
• Load and unload containers as needed (heavy lifting required)
• Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service

Requirements

• Valid Class A license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card
• Experience operating vehicles up to 53'
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
• Confidence completing Level 1-3 DOT road checks
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers
• Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Commitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practices
• Ability and willingness to travel on varying regional routes, including overnight stays when required

Pay

This position offers a set (non-negotiable) rate of $31 per hour ($32 with hazmat endorsement) plus a $3k sign-on bonus.
