About the role
Pape’ Rents is seeking a Class A Lowboy Truck Driver to join their team in Seattle. In this role, you will safely pick up and deliver customer equipment in Seattle and surrounding areas. Each day involves loading equipment properly and safely, performing on-site product demos, instructing customers on safe operation, and preparing required documentation accurately and timely. Expect a fast-paced day with variety, travel, and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Safely pick up and deliver customer equipment in Seattle and surrounding areas
- Load equipment on your truck ensuring proper and safe securing
- Perform on-site product demonstrations
- Instruct customers on the safe operation of equipment
- Prepare all required documentation accurately and timely
Requirements
- 3 or more years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Class A driver’s license with a good driving record
- DOT medical certificate
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Ability to perform some heavy lifting
- Ability to operate a wide range of construction equipment (training available)
Pay
$28.68–41.58 per hour, depending on experience.
