Class A Driver - Regional Run - $1200/Week

Job Location: Ontario, California • Route Type: Regional • Temp-to-Hire assignment • Automatic transmission • Light-touch freight handling

Pay & Schedule

• Estimated weekly gross: $1,200
• Home 2 days per week

Responsibilities

• Operate the curtain-side tractor/trailer in accordance with company policies and DOT guidelines
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections on the truck and trailer
• Secure cargo and make deliveries according to the route and schedule
• Interact with customers to facilitate the unloading of products
• Ensure product accuracy and quality during unloading
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance

Requirements

• Valid CDL A license
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
• At least 21 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Ability to pull a 175 lbs trailer curtain open and closed at each stop
