Compensation Details
- $30.00+/hour
- Potential 90-day performance-based increase
- Annual review with possibility of increase based on performance
The Role
- You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout Central Oregon.
- Essential Responsibilities:
- Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
- Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery
- Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
- Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues
- Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment
- Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate
Required Skills & Experience
- Candidates must have at least one (1) full year of verifiable experience operating a Class A vehicle for insurance purposes
- Must be at least 23 years of age for insurance purposes
- Valid Class A CDL and medical card
- Interstate qualification, registered
- Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift
- Satisfactory driving record
