Compensation Structure

- Training phase: $650 weekly flat rate - First 90 days solo: $1,000 guaranteed every week - Full solo status: $1,400 to $1,800 expected weekly average

Practical Roadmap

- You will spend 4 to 6 weeks over the road with a certified driver mentor. - This is 100% live freight experience on public highways—no simulators or classroom time. - You transition into your own assigned truck as soon as your mentor signs off on your skills. Your paid coaching focuses on: - Safe operation and maneuvering of commercial tractor-trailers - Electronic logging device management and hours-of-service regulations - Proper walk-around vehicle inspections before and after every trip - Standard communication protocols with the logistics team

Routine Tasks

- Hauling dry van freight, concentrating on regional lanes east of I-35 - Returning home every two weeks for scheduled rest days - Maintaining absolute compliance with federal transport safety mandates - Submitting accurate electronic logs and vehicle condition reports - Verifying equipment safety at the start and end of each shift - Staying in regular contact with our dispatch office

Hiring Criteria

- Valid and active Class A commercial driver's license - Minimum age of 21 years old - Certificate showing 120+ hours from an accredited trucking school - Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations - Ability to pass the required DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
