We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading only if content exists. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, etc). Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must only include sections where posting has real specific content. Let's parse the job description. Content: - Position Details: Monday - Friday; 3:00 am - 4:00 am Dispatch. Average Annual Pay: $67,000. Home Daily. - We Deliver the Goods: Competitive pay and benefits, including Day 1 Health & Wellness Benefits, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, 401K Employer Matching, Education Assistance, Paid Time Off, and much more. Growth opportunities performing essential work to support America’s food distribution system. Safe and inclusive working environment, including culture of rewards, recognition, and respect. - Position Purpose: Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role... (some prose). The CDL-A Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. - Primary Responsibilities: list of many duties. - Qualifications: bullet list. - Company description: Cheney Brothers recognizes... (some prose). Awards and Accolades: Performance Food Group... EEO etc (boilerplate to remove). We need sections: About the role (maybe position purpose?), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe separate?), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content goes where. "About the role": could be position purpose and maybe company description? Usually "About the role" includes overview. We'll put position purpose and maybe brief description. "Responsibilities": the Primary Responsibilities list. "Requirements": maybe the qualifications? But there is also a Qualifications section. The instructions say we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections if content exists. We need to differentiate: Requirements could be mandatory items like license, experience, age, etc. Qualifications could be education, etc. However the posting lumps them under "Qualifications:" bullet list. We could treat that as Requirements. But we also have a separate "Qualifications" heading maybe for skills? The posting does not have a separate skills list. Could we create Skills section? There's no explicit skills list besides maybe ability to hand-lift etc. That's more a requirement. We could omit Skills if no specific content. Benefits: we have "Competitive pay and benefits, including Day 1 Health & Wellness Benefits, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, 401K Employer Matching, Education Assistance, Paid Time Off, and much more". Also "Growth opportunities..." and "Safe and inclusive working environment...". Those could be benefits or culture. We'll put benefits section with those items. Pay: we have Average Annual Pay: $67,000. Also maybe "Competitive pay". We'll include Pay section with that. Schedule: we have Position Details: Monday - Friday; 3:00 am - 4:00 am Dispatch. Also "Home Daily". That's schedule info. So Schedule section. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have concrete pay and schedule. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use

for headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not repeat job title. No job ID. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can rephrase? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That suggests we should not omit details, but we can reformat. However we must not invent. Summarizing away detail might be considered removing detail. So we need to keep all details. That's a lot: many responsibilities bullet points. We need to include them all as list items. We also need to include company description? That's substantive. Should we include under About the role? Probably yes. We need to include the Position Purpose paragraph. Also the "We Deliver the Goods:" paragraph. We need to include the bullet list of qualifications. We need to include the "Primary Responsibilities:" list. We need to include the "Position Details" line (Monday - Friday; 3:00 am - 4:00 am Dispatch). Also "Average Annual Pay: $67,000". Also "Home Daily". Also "Competitive pay and benefits..." etc. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove "Awards and Accolades" heading? That's maybe not boilerplate but it's about EEO policy. We'll remove that. Also remove "Please click on the following links..." etc. Now structure:

    About the role

Position Purpose: Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!

But we also have "We Deliver the Goods:" paragraph. Could be part of About the role or Benefits. Might be better to put under Benefits. However "We Deliver the Goods:" includes competitive pay and benefits, growth opportunities, safe environment. That's more about benefits and culture. We'll put that in Benefits section. Thus About the role includes position purpose and company description. Now Responsibilities: list all primary responsibilities. We need to extract each responsibility line from the block after "Primary Responsibilities:" until before "Qualifications:". Let's copy them: - Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. - Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. - Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed. - Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required. - Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies. - Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight. - Performs count check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded. - Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight. - Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed. - Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule. - Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas. - Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy. - Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures. - Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors. - Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured. - Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required. - Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements. - Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required. - At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork. - Performs other related duties as assigned. We need to preserve all. We'll output as
    • each. Now Requirements: maybe we can treat the qualifications as Requirements. But we also have a Qualifications heading maybe for skills? Since there is no separate skills, we could omit Qualifications section and just have Requirements. However the instructions say we can include both if content exists. But we must not create sections with filler. If we put Qualifications heading but no specific content beyond what's in Requirements, that would be filler. So better to have only Requirements (or Qualifications) whichever fits. The posting uses "Qualifications:" heading. So we should use that heading for the bullet list. But we also have a "Requirements" heading possible for things like schedule, pay? Actually schedule and pay are separate sections. So we can use "Qualifications" for the bullet list. And maybe we don't need a separate Requirements section. However the instructions list Requirements as a possible heading. We could still include Requirements if we have content like "Must be 21+ years of age", "Valid CDL-A", etc. Those are indeed requirements. The bullet list includes those. So we could treat that as Requirements. But then we would have duplicate content if we also have Qualifications. Better to pick one. Since the posting uses "Qualifications:", we'll use that heading. Thus we will have:

      Qualifications

      • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
      • 12+ months commercial driving experience
      • Valid CDL-A
      • Must be 21+ years of age
      • Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
      • Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
      • Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
      • Pass road test
      • Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
      • Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from between 10-35 pounds and up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location
Now Benefits: we need to include the competitive pay and benefits list, growth opportunities, safe environment. From "We Deliver the Goods:": Competitive pay and benefits, including Day 1 Health & Wellness Benefits, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, 401K Employer Matching, Education Assistance, Paid Time Off, and much more Growth opportunities performing essential work to support America’s food distribution system Safe and inclusive working environment, including culture of rewards, recognition, and respect We can make a
with those three items. Also maybe "Home Daily" is schedule, not benefit. Now Pay: we have Average Annual Pay: $67,000. Also maybe "Competitive pay". We'll include the average annual pay. Thus:

        Pay

        Average Annual Pay: $67,000
