Class A Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a route of stops daily.
• Deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location.
• Essential aspects of the position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.
• Safely operate a 24’ box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW).
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate.
• Properly track and document the activity log.
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch.
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip.
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a DOT Medical Exam.
• Good driving record.
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience.
• 1 year of route delivery experience.
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience.
• Lift gate experience.
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted).
• Strong work ethic.

Pay

Salary: $30.00/hr - $350.00/hr, including a $2,500 sign-on bonus

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 5:00 am to 3:00 pm
