Class A Delivery Driver - $10,000 Sign On Bonus

Position Details

• Pay: $1600 + $375 Weekly Bonus
• Shift: Monday - Friday (NO WEEKENDS!), 3:00AM - 5:00AM Dispatching times
• Additional Pay: For Over Night or Mountain Routes
• Potential for Pay Increase: After 6 Months
• Opportunity for Salary: Up to $100,000 First Year!

Position Purpose

The Driver fulfills a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. They ensure products are delivered safely and on time, and build relationships with customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs Safety Checks: Inspects tractor/truck and trailer according to DOT regulations, reports safety issues, and follows DOT and company safety guidelines.
• Communicates with Customers: Interacts professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers, answering questions accurately and promptly.
• Team Member: Works collaboratively within the department and organization, performing assigned tasks to serve the company effectively.
• Other Duties: Performs various tasks such as loading/unloading, damage control, and maintaining cleanliness of vehicles and trailers.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A License
• Meet State Licensing/Certification Requirements (where applicable)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass Post-Offer Drug Test and Criminal Background Check
• Able to Pass Road Test
• Able to Obtain or Secure DOT Health Card
• Ability to Lift and Move Product Cases/Freight (10-35 lbs to 60-90 lbs)

Compensation

Up to $100,000 per year
