Schedule
Dedicated account with weekly home time (most schedules may not include weekend home time).
Compensation & Incentives
- $1,300–$1,500 per week (varies by miles and stops)
- Mileage pay: $0.60 per mile (typical ~1,800 miles/week)
- Stop pay: $25 per stop
- Unload pay: $100 per trailer
- Additional performance incentives and bonuses as applicable

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum age 21 with a valid Class A CDL
- At least 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Fair driving record with no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past 5 years
- No DUI convictions
- No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety reasons
- Stable work history with no major gaps in employment over the past 10 years; at least 6 months verifiable work in the last year and at least 1 year within the last 3 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
- Residence within 70 miles of Phoenix, AZ required
