Work Summary

Load boxes onto an onboard conveyor/roller system inside the trailer; store personnel will remove product from the conveyor at the dock. Drivers are not responsible for removing items from the rollers or stocking store shelves.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a valid Class A CDL
• At least 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Fair driving record with no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUI convictions
• No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety reasons
• Stable work history with no major gaps in employment over the past 10 years; at least 6 months verifiable work in the last year and at least 1 year within the last 3 years
• Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
• Residence within 70 miles of Phoenix, AZ required

Compensation & Incentives

• $1,300–$1,500 per week (varies by miles and stops)
• Mileage pay: $0.60 per mile (typical ~1,800 miles/week)
• Stop pay: $25 per stop
• Unload pay: $100 per trailer
• Additional performance incentives and bonuses as applicable
