Class A CDL Trainee – Paid Training Program

Alamogordo drivers, this account runs like OTR but keeps you inside 27 states, everything east of Denver except the Northeast. The route covers 1,800 to 2,200 miles weekly with live load, live unload, preload, and drop‑and‑hook operations.

Pay

• OTR pay scale, average weekly earnings from $1,200 up to $1,800 as you build tenure
• $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch
• Performance bonus program
• $15 stop pay
• Trainee pay of $850 per week during training
• Immediate upgrade to full solo mileage rate once training is complete

Schedule

• Runs across 27 states, everything east of Denver, excluding New England
• 1,800 to 2,200 miles weekly
• Home every two weeks, with options to discuss alternate schedules
• Day and night dispatch
• Weekend work expected; holidays open to discuss

Qualifications

• New CDL‑A holders welcome, or 6 + months of verifiable solo experience
• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older
• Clean MVR and background check
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
• Minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school required to start
