Class A CDL Regional Driver - New CDL Graduates Welcome

About the role

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL regional drivers, including recent graduates from accredited truck driving programs, to operate on the Western 11 regional. This is a predictable, no‑touch dry van opportunity with newer automatic tractors and a mix of drop‑and‑hook and live load/unload work.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' dry van with newer automatic tractors
• Perform drop‑and‑hook and live load/unload work (100% no‑touch freight)
• Follow Western 11 regional lanes
• Maintain safety and reliability standards

Requirements

• Minimum age 21
• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours (new graduates accepted)
• Fair driving record with no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• Not terminated from most recent employer for cause related to safety
• Background screening including review of criminal history
• Consistent employment history covering the past 10 years with limited unemployment (maximum 6 months unemployed in the last year and 1 year unemployed in the last 3 years)
• Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screening

Pay

• Average weekly earnings $1,300–$1,400
• Trainee pay: $800 per week for approximately 4–6 weeks (for drivers with under 6 months' experience)
• Base pay starts at $0.50 per mile
• $15 stop pay
• Monthly safety bonus

• Available for day or night shifts
• Home every other week
• Average ~1,900 miles per week (cycle dependent)
