We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated fleet offering consistent miles, weekly home time, and competitive earning potential. Responsibilities

• 23 loads per week
• 26 stops per load
• Assist with unloading the freight, providing an active, hands‑on workday
• Deliveries within Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri
• Mileage pay plus load pay
• Operate sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions
• Pull 53‑foot dry van trailers

Requirements

• Class A CDL with at least 6 months of tractor‑trailer experience outside of truck school and training
• Live within 120 miles of Des Moines, IA

Pay

• Average weekly pay: $1,900‑$2,300
• Annual salary range: $98,000 – $119,000 (USD)

Schedule

• Average miles: approximately 1,750 miles per week
• Home time: home weekly for a 34‑hour reset
