About the role

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated fleet offering consistent miles, weekly home time, and competitive earning potential. This is a great opportunity for drivers who enjoy staying active and prefer a consistent regional route.

Responsibilities

• Approximately 23 loads per week
• 26 stops per load
• Assist with unloading the freight, providing an active, hands‑on workday
• Approximately 75% of deliveries are in Texas; remaining deliveries are generally in Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi
• Mileage pay plus load pay
• Operate sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions
• Pull 53‑foot dry van trailers

Requirements

• Class A CDL with at least 6 months of tractor‑trailer experience outside of truck school and training
• Live within 100 miles of Dallas

• Average weekly pay: $1,800‑$2,400
• Average miles: approximately 1,600 miles per week
• Annual salary range: $95,000‑$125,000 (USD)

Schedule

Home weekly for a 34‑hour reset.
