Job Summary
Hirschbach Motor Lines is seeking CDL-A Lease Purchase Drivers for Over The Road positions. The company offers a lease purchase contract with the Elite Fleet, providing a total $.10 CPM pay increase for OTR Company and Lease drivers. The first increase will take effect in July, with another planned for Q4. Additionally, there is a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus available.
About the Role
As a CDL-A Lease Purchase Driver, you will be responsible for operating a commercial vehicle to transport goods across various routes. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
- Load and unload cargo according to company procedures
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations
- Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and perform routine inspections
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
Requirements
- Valid CDL with an A class endorsement
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Passing DOT physical exam
- Good driving record
