Pay

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (limited time)
• Pay range: $1.17 – $2.90 per mile
• Additional raise of $0.05 CPM planned for Q4
• $1,500 per driver, $3,000 minimum per truck per week
• Sliding scale based on length of load
• Earn $0.10/mile Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus Incentive
• $800 Orientation Completion Pay
• Breakdown pay / Layover pay
