About the Role

Now is your chance to train the next generation of professional drivers for Roehl Transport. Roehl is an ATA Presidents' Award-winning carrier that trains and employs the safest, most professional drivers in the industry by teaching them to prioritize safety and protective driving. As an Orientation Instructor, you will use your knowledge and experience as a Class A CDL driver while enjoying a set schedule that allows you to be home nightly. You will guide each class through training to successfully complete a road test, supporting the success of future drivers and the company.

Responsibilities

• Train new drivers to hold safety as a non-negotiable value.
• Teach the Roehl Way of Protective Driving.
• Guide classes through training to successfully complete a road test.
• Support the success of future drivers and the company.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least two (2) years of experience operating a Class A commercial motor vehicle.

• Strong empathy and communication skills.
• Excellent listening abilities.
• High level of self-awareness.
• Ability to teach and instruct effectively.
