Class A CDL Driver - Roll-Off & Dump Truck Locations: Lexington, KY Compensation: $22-26/hour Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday Weekends as neededAbout the OpportunityWe’re partnering with a growing company that is looking for an experienced Class A CDL Driver to safely transport materials, operate equipment, and support daily delivery needs.This is a strong fit for a dependable driver with Class A CDL experience, a clean driving record, and hands-on experience operating roll-off trucks, dump trucks, or similar heavy equipment.The company offers a stable schedule, strong benefits, and long-term opportunity for someone who takes safety, reliability, and customer service seriously.What You’ll Be DoingSafely operate Class A commercial vehicles, including roll-off and dump trucks.Transport materials to designated locations on schedule.Maintain electronic logs and use dispatch software.Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.Load, unload, secure, count, and inspect materials as needed.Follow DOT regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.Communicate with dispatch and management on delivery status, delays, or issues.Keep the truck clean, organized, and properly maintained.Provide professional customer service at delivery and pickup locations.Work in outdoor, dusty, and dirty environments when needed.What They’re Looking ForValid Class A CDL highly preferred 1+ year of CDL driving experience.Experience with roll-off trucks, dump trucks, or similar equipment preferred.10-speed transmission experience preferred.Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations.Ability to meet DOT physical, medical, and drug-screening requirements.Strong safety mindset and professional attitude.Able to lift and move materials as needed.Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working in changing daily conditions.Why You’ll Want This RoleFull-time, stable driving opportunityMonday-Friday day shift scheduleHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offLife insuranceStrong fit for a driver who wants steady work and long-term stability MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
