Class A CDL Driver - Roll-Off & Dump Truck

Locations: Mason, OH

Compensation: $22-26/hour

Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday, Weekends as needed

We’re partnering with a growing company that is looking for an experienced Class A CDL Driver to safely transport materials, operate equipment, and support daily delivery needs.

This is a strong fit for a dependable driver with Class A CDL experience, a clean driving record, and hands-on experience operating roll-off trucks, dump trucks, or similar heavy equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles, including roll-off and dump trucks.
• Transport materials to designated locations on schedule.
• Maintain electronic logs and use dispatch software.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Load, unload, secure, count, and inspect materials as needed.
• Follow DOT regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Communicate with dispatch and management on delivery status, delays, or issues.
• Keep the truck clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Provide professional customer service at delivery and pickup locations.
• Work in outdoor, dusty, and dirty environments when needed.

What They’re Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL highly preferred.
• 1+ year of CDL driving experience.
• Experience with roll-off trucks, dump trucks, or similar equipment preferred.
• 10-speed transmission experience preferred.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations.
• Ability to meet DOT physical, medical, and drug-screening requirements.
• Strong safety mindset and professional attitude.
• Able to lift and move materials as needed.
• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working in changing daily conditions.
