Check for any duplicated content: We included "competitive wages" also in About the role paragraph; that's okay. We removed internal Workday line. Also removed "Position Type: Freight (Delivery)" maybe we could include but not required as heading; but it's substantive. Could add to About the role paragraph? It's a detail. We could incorporate into About the role paragraph: maybe add sentence. But we already have a lot; we could add a line: "Position Type: Freight (Delivery)". However we must not invent headings; we can add to About the role paragraph as extra sentence. Let's add after "We offer competitive compensation and benefits, and we are looking forward to welcoming a professional who values integrity, reliability, and teamwork into our family." Add "Position Type: Freight (Delivery)." That preserves info. Also we have "Primary Location: Mesilla Park, New Mexico Location: Las Cruces, NM". That's location info. Could add to About the role paragraph: "Primary Location: Mesilla Park, New Mexico (Las Cruces, NM)." Let's incorporate. We also have "You’ll be a Great Fit if:" list of requirements. Those are also qualifications; we could incorporate into Qualifications list. But we already have qualifications list; we could add those as additional list items. However we must not duplicate. The "You’ll be a Great Fit if:" includes: at least 3 months’ CDL driving experience, valid Class A CDL, 21+, comfortable driving manual transmission, lift 70-160 lbs, can drive both 10 speed manual and automatic, no driving restrictions, can work outside in various weather, perform physical tasks, previous delivery experience advantage, ability to lift heavy items, strong communication, excellent time management, able to perform essential functions with minimal supervision, willing to submit to pre-employment DOT background check and drug test, must not be prohibited in Clearing House. Many of these overlap with qualifications we already have (CDL, experience, lifting, etc.). We should incorporate them into Qualifications list to preserve all info. Let's merge. We'll create Qualifications list items covering: - Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED. 1 to 3 months of related experience or training, or equivalent. - CDL Experience: At least 3 months’ CDL driving experience. - License: Valid Class A CDL, 21 years or older. - Transmission: Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles; able to drive both 10‑speed manual and automatic transmissions. - Physical: Able to lift and carry 70‑160 lbs (regularly up to 70 lbs unassisted, occasionally up to 160 lbs with assistance). - No driving restrictions on CDL license. - Ability to work outside in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks like lifting, bending, reaching, standing for extended periods. - Previous delivery experience is an advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration. - Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure. - Ability to perform essential functions with minimal supervision. - Willing to submit to pre‑employment DOT background check and DOT drug test. - Must not be prohibited in Clearing House. - Mathematical Skills: Able to perform basic arithmetic operations and compute rate, ratio, percentages. - Reasoning skills: Ability to apply common sense to follow detailed instructions; address issues involving a few concrete variables. - Work Environment: Occasional exposure to outdoor weather; moderate noise level. - Physical demands: Regularly use hands to handle, feel, or reach; frequently stand, walk, sit, talk, hear; occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl. - Vision: Close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, ability to adjust focus. - Certificates: Commercial Driver's License, Class A; must meet company driver qualifications. We should avoid too granular but keep all. Now Benefits: we already have list. Pay: we have. Schedule: we have. Now About the role paragraph: include location and position type. Let's rewrite About the role paragraph: "Admiral Beverage believes in investing in its people, business partners, and communities, to continually grow and offer the best products and services in the region.
