Class A CDL Driver - Hog Hauling - 1st Shift

Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Class A CDL Hog Hauling Driver at our Biocenter facility in Oakwood, Ohio (Paulding County). A $3,000 sign‑on bonus is offered, paid as $1,000 after 30 days, $1,000 after 60 days, and $1,000 after six months (rehires qualify one year after termination). Pay and Schedule
Starting pay: $23.80 per hour, increasing to $24.30 per hour after 90 days. Monthly and year‑end profit‑sharing bonuses are based on company performance. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hogs as scheduled
- Keep all maintenance records
- Assist in flushing, washing, and disinfecting trucks and trailers
- Obey all state and federal laws
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a Class A CDL and a clean driving record
- Must have 2 years of driving experience
