About the Role

Our drivers are the heartbeat of Pet Food Experts. This is a hands-on delivery position where you'll drive a tractor-trailer on assigned regional routes, delivering pet food and supplies to independent pet retailers. Drivers should be comfortable unloading product, getting in and out of the truck throughout the day, and working independently.

• Guaranteed minimum weekly pay: $1,440

Equipment

• Freightliner trucks with automatic transmission
• Day cab and box trucks
• Liftgates, electric pallet jacks, manual pallet jacks, and dollies

Route Details

• Delivery area includes Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, and Iowa
• Approximately 1,200 miles per week
• Average 10–16 stops per route
• Typical start time: 6:00 AM
• 1 overnight route per week
• Typical workday: 10–12 hours
• Mix of metropolitan and rural driving

Responsibilities

• Drive a tractor-trailer on assigned regional routes
• Deliver pet food and supplies to independent pet retailers
• Unload product using pallet and hand jacks
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately
• Provide dependable, professional customer service

Requirements

• CDL Class A license + valid DOT Medical Certificate
• 1+ year of CDL driving experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and repeatedly get in and out of the truck
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to pass a physical, drug test, background check, and MVR review
