Responsibilities
- Follow safe operating practices
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ensure vehicle readiness
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Provide courteous service to customers
- Properly tarp waste collection vehicles
- Accurately complete all required paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch
Requirements
- 3-5 years of CDL driving experience
- Valid NYS CDL and DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- Ability to follow directions and maps
Qualifications
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems (beneficial)
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations (beneficial)
