About the role
We are seeking a Class A/B CDL Residential Truck Driver responsible for safely collecting and hauling waste, yard debris, and recyclables from residential customers.
Responsibilities
- Operating trucks in congested areas
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ensuring vehicle safety
- Adhering to DOT regulations and safety policies
- Completing accurate paperwork
- Communicating with dispatch
- Providing courteous service
Requirements
- A valid NYS CDL with a clean driving record
- 3-5 years of CDL experience
- A DOT Medical Card
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of OSHA regulations
