Class A and B CDL Drivers

Duties

• Performing daily commercial vehicle inspection
• Ensuring the completion of necessary repairs to vehicle to ensure operational safety
• Maintaining complete vehicle inspection reports (Daily)
• Making pickups & deliveries to job sites in various environments
• Performing basic troubleshooting involving malfunctioning equipment and making minor repairs
• Demonstrating proper and safe equipment usage to customer at point of delivery
• Completing log book and trip sheets meeting all D.O.T. and company record keeping requirements

Requirements

• Maintain a valid driver’s license with Class A or B CDL certification, DOT Physical Examination (Medical Card) & a good driving record
• Two years of verifiable experience operating Class A Commercial Vehicles
• Working knowledge and understanding of Motor Carrier Safety regulations / DOT guidelines
• Accountability for personal safety & maintaining a safe work environment
• Demonstrate a high level of safety awareness on the roadways
