Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel environment.
- Operate various equipment, maintain domestic hot and cold water systems, and observe electrical systems to ensure proper operation.
- Make repairs to guest rooms and public spaces, including kitchen, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
- Perform cleaning and general maintenance duties in engineering spaces and other assigned daily operations.
- Receive direction for house calls via radio.
- Maintain temperatures throughout the building.
- Understand and follow Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergency protocols.
- Comply with Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
- Understand and comply with OSHA rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- Must hold a Class 2 operating engineer license and Universal EPA certificate.
- Ability to work AM, PM, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

The pay for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
