Claremont Fiber - Senior Controller

About the role

Senior Controller, Claremont Fiber – Claremont, NC – Full Time, On-site. In this role you will play a key leadership role within one of Prysmian’s fastest growing Business Units, partnering with leaders across operations, commercial, and supply chain teams to build a strong financial foundation and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances, providing insights and forecasts to drive informed business decisions.
• Lead plant budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning, including ROI analysis, expenditure tracking, and financial justification for investments.
• Partner with plant leadership to achieve productivity improvements, cost savings, and budget commitments.
• Oversee inventory and product costing, ensuring accurate inventory controls and maintaining cost standards for all products.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance through timely month-end close activities, audit support, and adherence to corporate accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of previous experience in accounting or controlling.
• Experience with SAP and coordinating capital budgets.
• CPA, CGMA, or CMA professional certification is a plus.
