About the role

This is a fully remote, full-time position working from home while supporting customers during some of their most important moments. ClaimsAlert operates 24/7, and the role is suited for those who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted first point of contact for customers experiencing an unexpected loss or incident.
• Gather and document claim details.
• Provide immediate support and reassurance to policyholders.
• Ensure claims are accurately routed to the appropriate insurance provider for prompt resolution.
• Communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

Frequent interaction in English is required, including reading and preparing documents in English on a regular basis.

Pay

The salary range is $39,000 to $43,000 per year.

Schedule

The majority of scheduled hours are during evenings, all weekend, and statutory holidays.
