Claims Training Program (No Insurance Experience Required)- Charleston, SC

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members during difficult times.
• Take phone calls from members and record first notice of loss.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions, including proactive member outreach and handling service requests to completion.
• Handle follow‑up on glass and tow auto claims: apply coverage, set reserves, and bring claims to resolution.
• Respond to member and agent inquiries via telephone, email, and mail.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer and switching between multiple applications.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize competing tasks, and critical thinking to solve problems.
• Take pride in work and communicate thoughts clearly over the phone and in writing.
• Described by friends and family as a person with integrity.
• Prior experience in a restaurant, school, or retail setting is helpful but not required.

Schedule
