Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to resolve disputes and provide guidance.
• Manage and update claim files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless claim processing and resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a claims-related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of relevant insurance laws and regulations.
