Responsibilities
- Attend and complete the 4-week concept-based learning and professional training program.
- Undergo a dedicated onboarding experience before entering the on-the-job phase.
- Be assigned a mentor and manager to support and guide your career journey.
- Learn and apply foundational skills for a successful career in claims adjusting.
- Grow and advance within the industry while in the training program.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree preferred and 2 years of customer service experience or combination of education and experience.

Pay and Schedule
Starting pay range for this role is $27.69/hr.
