Responsibilities

• Attend and complete the 4-week concept-based learning and professional training program.
• Undergo a dedicated onboarding experience before entering the on-the-job phase.
• Be assigned a mentor and manager to support and guide your career journey.
• Learn and apply foundational skills for a successful career in claims adjusting.
• Grow and advance within the industry while in the training program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and 2 years of customer service experience or combination of education and experience.

Pay and Schedule

Starting pay range for this role is $27.69/hr.
