Claims - P&C Claims Coordinator II
About the role
The P&C Claims Coordinator II role will provide support to the HQ Claims Resource Operations Material Damage Unit, as it relates to property and auto repair programs, processes, estimating software, and vendor management.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain user access and profiles for material damage systems such as: estimating software, total loss software, rental management system, direct repair programs, towing & roadside assistance program, glass program, mitigation bill review program
- Aid the Claims department and service providers with questions, issues, and general assistance with auto, property, and roadside assistance programs
- RPA payment processes, payment reconciliation & exceptions, repair shop and contractor referrals for direct repair programs, payment, repair, and compliance audits
- Maintain Material Damage SharePoint and CMS tables for program functionality
Requirements
- Auto and property claim nomenclature knowledge (preferred but not required)
- Two years Claims department or Operations experience

- General knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
- Strong CMS skills
- Analytical skills

- Effective oral and written communication skills

Pay
Salary: The pay range for this position is $40,000-$55,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
