What You Will Be Doing
- Serve as the primary contact for agents, insureds and our Roadside Assistance vendor regarding Shelter's Roadside Assistance program
- Represent the Claims Department in Claims Administration System and forms/letters business process development, testing, maintenance and training
- Assist in the setup and training of the Administrative process of Catastrophe claims
- Provide support for Claims personnel with CWS and workflow issues
