Job Summary
Oversee the creation, accuracy, and distribution of all departmental correspondence related to claims operations. Manage PDR, refund, denial, reimbursement, Medicare development, cease-and-desist, and other essential claims-related letters.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all communications meet industry standards and reflect current regulatory requirements
- Support compliance objectives across the organization
- Collaborate with the Lead Claims Compliance Coordinator and Claims leadership team
- Update letter templates
- Support training efforts
- Contribute to policy improvements
- Promote accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory alignment in claims processes
- Provide high-quality service to members, providers, and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims operations or related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
