Job Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and follow-ups with claimants or their representatives
- Conduct pre-litigation investigations and discovery work
- Cook up and follow up on the retrieval of claimant’s records
- Review and annotate medical records
- Serve as the point of contact for claimants, providing updates on their claims
- Interpret and disseminate information concerning claims and casework to supervisors
- Undertake administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Qualifications
- AA Degree and 1+ year of experience in Personal Injury, MedMal, or Insurance Defense legal practice
- Skilled in data entry with various software programs
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Pay
Pay Rate: $25 – $28/hr, Plus Bonus
