CLAIM INVESTIGATOR / CLAIM HANDLER

We represent some of the nation’s largest commercial transportation companies, third-party administrators (TPAs), insurance carriers, and defense law firms. When a loss occurs, our clients rely on us to dispatch field investigators, coordinate scene investigations, obtain critical evidence, contact law enforcement, secure witness statements, preserve evidence, and provide real-time updates to inform claim decisions.
About the role
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a Claim Investigator / Claim Handler who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is comfortable managing 65–100 active files while handling claims from assignment through resolution ("cradle to grave").

Requirements
- Prior experience handling commercial auto claims preferred
- Strong liability investigation skills
- Experience taking recorded statements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage a large caseload
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Ability to think critically and make sound investigative decisions under tight deadlines
